The receptionist who answers in 30 seconds
It answers questions about prices, books appointments, reminds clients before the visit and hands a human everything it should not decide on its own. On WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Telegram. Around the clock, in whatever language the client writes in.
Nothing to install. No staff training. The first week runs under your eye.

What it does
Four jobs your front desk never has time for
Each of them is a lost client when it happens late.
Quotes prices
Takes prices and duration from your own price list. Never invents a service, a discount or a promotion you do not offer.
Books appointments
Offers only time that is genuinely free — from your specialists' schedules and the slots already taken. Reschedules and cancels too.
Sends reminders
Writes the client the day before the visit. An empty chair because someone forgot is the most expensive loss and the easiest to prevent.
Calls a human
A complaint, pain, anything unusual — reaches you on Telegram with the transcript. The bot goes quiet in that conversation.
Why
Your client writes at night. The answer comes in the morning — or from a competitor
How it goes now
- A message landing in Direct at 22:40 waits until morning
- «How much is a cleaning?» — for the twentieth time today
- The receptionist types and serves the person at the desk at once
- Someone did not show up because they forgot
- Bookings live in a notebook, in Direct and in someone's head
With Dialenta
- The answer arrives in half a minute, at any hour
- Routine questions close without a human
- The receptionist deals with the person in front of them
- A reminder goes out the day before the visit
- Every booking and every message in one panel
Who it's for
Tuned to your trade, not a general-purpose bot
Services, specialists, appointment length and rescheduling rules differ everywhere. We take them from your price list instead of asking you to fit a template. There is no industry hard-wired in: if people book time with you, the assistant fits.
Clinics and dentistry
Appointments by the practitioner's specialty, varying durations, urgent pain goes straight to a human. It never names a diagnosis or a medicine.
Salons, barbershops, spas
Booking with a specific stylist, repeat visits, a tight 30–60 minute grid.
Car services and workshops
Booking a diagnostic, a price range before the inspection, turnaround time. The final figure comes from the mechanic, not from a chat.
Classes and consultations
Tutors, coaches, therapists, lawyers: an hour of one person's time, rescheduled and cancelled by your rules.
Getting started
Fifteen minutes, and without us
You do not type the price list in by hand — it is collected from your own services page, and you correct what came out.
Name, what you do, email and password. The assistant stays quiet: it knows nothing about you yet.
Prices and a channel
You give a link to your services page and prices and durations fill themselves in. Then connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram.
Switch it on
Check that what was collected is right and press Enable. From that minute it answers clients.
For the first week you can keep it in suggestion mode: the answer is drafted, shown to you, and reaches the client only after your yes.
Owner's panel
What it did, and what it brought you
Right now
Whether the assistant is working, and what needs you personally: a conversation it handed over, an unpaid invoice, a spent limit.
Bookings and money
How many people booked through the assistant, for how much at your prices, and how many cancelled.
How it worked
How many conversations, what share went without you, how many reminders went out and how fast the assistant replied.
Prices, knowledge base, schedule, channels and staff access live there too. An edit reaches the assistant at once — nothing to restart. The panel speaks Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
Pricing
Less than one day of a receptionist's wage
Billed monthly, no setup fee. Leave any month you like — the data and the conversations stay yours.

Questions
What people ask before signing up
Will the client realise it is not a person?
It writes in short sentences, the way a receptionist types from a phone, and replies in whatever language it was addressed in — including the mix of two languages, if that is how people speak where you are. Asked outright whether it is a bot, it says honestly that it is the business's digital receptionist and carries on with the matter at hand.
What if it invents a price or a free slot?
It cannot. Free slots are calculated by the schedule, not by the model: it receives a ready list and can only pick from it. Prices, services and practitioners come from your price list. Every answer is checked against what those returned — a mismatch shows up in the panel.
What happens to the difficult cases?
They come to you. A complaint, pain, a demand for a discount, anything outside the rules — arrives on Telegram with the transcript and an urgency flag. The assistant goes quiet in that conversation until you are done.
Where do our bookings and messages go?
They stay yours. Each business's data is kept separately, it has a retention period, and a copy of the database is taken and verified every day. The contract and the data policy are linked in the footer.
Do we need a separate number for WhatsApp?
Yes. The WhatsApp Business API needs a number that is not tied to a regular WhatsApp account, plus business verification by Meta. Telegram connects in fifteen minutes with no verification at all — that is where most people start.
Can we watch how it answers first?
Yes. For the first week the assistant can run in suggestion mode: it drafts the answer, shows it to you, and it reaches the client only after your yes.
Try it on one channel
Telegram takes fifteen minutes. If you do not like the way it answers, one button switches it off.
