Privacy Policy
This document describes what happens to data in “DİALENTA” MMC — an assistant that answers a business's clients in messengers and books their appointments.
Who processes the data
“DİALENTA” MMC (VÖEN 3105974931). Contact: info@dialenta.com. We process data on behalf of the business that uses the service (a salon, a clinic, a workshop). It, not us, determines the purposes of processing: we do not use its clients' conversations for our own purposes, do not sell them and do not train models on them.
What data is processed
- Chat and user identifiers in the messenger, the profile name.
- Name and phone number — if the person gives them in the conversation.
- The text of the conversation with the assistant.
- Appointment data: service, specialist, date and time.
- Technical records: request time, model usage, delivery errors.
The service does not ask for special categories of data. If a person writes something about their health on their own, it ends up in the conversation and is stored on the same terms and for the same period as everything else.
Why
- To answer questions about services and prices.
- To book, move or cancel an appointment.
- To send an appointment reminder.
- To hand the conversation to the business's human administrator when the
assistant cannot cope.
- To measure usage and answer quality, in aggregated form.
Who it is shared with
- The model provider — the conversation text and the business description,
in order to produce an answer. The data is not used for training.
- The messenger carrying the conversation: Telegram, Meta (WhatsApp,
Instagram), TikTok — to the extent needed to deliver the message.
- The hosting provider running the service.
Nobody else. The service has no advertising recipients and no partner list.
How long it is kept
Retention periods are set by the business. By default conversations and logs are kept for one year, appointments indefinitely as the business's own records, and technical marks from one month to two years. When the period expires the data is deleted automatically by a daily job, not on request.

How it is protected
Each business's data is separated at the database access layer: a query that does not name the business does not execute. Tokens and keys are stored encrypted, passwords as an irreversible derivation. The panel is reachable over HTTPS only.
